few simple guidelines:
• Always Use Your Account Number.
Whether phoning, faxing, or e-mailing an order, or jotting a quick note,
please include your account number in all communications with us. This
helps us prevent mix-ups between accounts with similar names.
• Do You Have an Out-of-the-Ordinary
Question or Request for Us? If your order, question,
request, or requirements don’t seem to fall into any of the categories
listed above, simply tell our switchboard operator, briefly, what you
need. She’ll put you in touch with someone who can help.
• Do You Have a Problem or Complaint That
Has NOT Been Resolved Through “Normal” Channels? The members
of the Balester management team want to help, and are never “too busy”
to talk to you about a problem. So don’t be shy — if you need extra
help, just ask!
