The design easily allows for wheelchair accessibility, i.e., the camera was designed to be repositioned very low to accommodate a wheelchair and the width of the kiosk was also designed to accommodate wheelchair access, so patients can move up and close enough for the camera to focus property for the patient to use as easily as other (non-disabled) patients. Please have your tax advisor refer to the general instructions of IRS Form 8826, specifically under: "Eligible Access Expenditures", "...include amounts paid or incurred:" "4. To acquire or modify equipment for individuals with disabilities." The Smart Look™ was specifically designed to facilitate individuals in wheelchairs ("...individuals with disabilities.") to be able to access and use our equipment.
