Our Lab

We believe in constantly re-investing in our lab to keep it efficient and productive for the benefit of our customers. We have re-engineered our facility adding conveyors and robotics throughout for the fastest possible manufacture of your prescriptions.

This includes the installation of two in-house Crizal® AR systems, robotic surfacing and the acquisition of three robotic lens edging lines (Satis-Loh ES3, Santinelli AES-1500, and Satis-Loh ES Curve), two with drilling capabilities, which has greatly enhanced the speed and accuracy of our finishing process. Our in-house digital processing center capable of producing Varilux S Series, Varilux Physio W3+, Varilux Comfort W2+, Varilux DRx™, Definity 3, Definity 2.0®, Definity Short 2.0®, Ideal™, and Accolade Freedom™ and Shoreview Digital products.

In addition we process Shamir Digital products including Autograph III, Autograph II, Spectrum, and Element, and our Balester Advanced and Ultimate Digital Lens Designs in-house. 

We take pride in our ability to handle all of today’s more challenging work including drilled rimless and popular "wrap" style frames. Our skilled technicians use our Santinelli AES-1500 and Satis-Loh ES Curve 5 Axis robotic edging/drilling lines to assist them in crafting high-quality drilled rimless.
